City of London Investment Group has bolstered its Employee Benefit Trust by purchasing 3,500 additional shares at £3.68 each, bringing the Trust’s total holding to 1,835,341 shares or 3.6% of the company’s issued capital. These moves underscore the firm’s commitment to its Employee Incentive Plan, which now holds 2% of the company’s shares in custody for employees.
