This development affects the investment business transactions between CITIC Bank and Huarong Financial Leasing Group, which are now considered continuing connected transactions. Additionally, CITIC has entered into a Finance Lease and Operating Lease Services Framework Agreement with Huarong Financial Leasing Group, effective from March 2025 to December 2027, to continue providing lease services. These transactions are subject to reporting and announcement requirements but are exempt from independent shareholders’ approval.
