Cibus Announces CFO Wade King’s Leave and Interim Successor

An announcement from Cibus (CBUS) is now available.

Wade King, CFO of Cibus, Inc., will be taking an indefinite leave for family reasons starting September 30, 2024. Carlo Broos, currently the Senior Vice President of Finance, will take over as Interim CFO from the same date. Broos brings extensive experience from previous finance roles, including at Syngenta and Deloitte, and is well-qualified, holding a Master of Science in Business Administration and a post-master in accountancy. There are no conflicts of interest or family ties affecting his appointment. Future plans include King assuming a new Chief Risk Officer role upon his return.
