China Literature Limited has announced the renewal of their Copyright License Agreement and the revision of annual caps for their Game Cooperation Agreement with Tencent Computer, effective from August 12, 2024. These agreements, which pertain to the licensing and promotion of games, fall under the reporting and review requirements but are exempt from the need for independent shareholder approval. The renewed Copyright License Agreement extends from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
