China Literature Limited has announced the grant of 8,141,745 restricted share units (RSUs) to 386 grantees, including two executive directors, under its 2020 RSU Scheme, with no performance targets required. The RSUs, which were granted at no cost to recipients, will vest in tranches over four years, with the aim to align the interests of the grantees with those of the company and its shareholders. This move is seen as a recognition of the grantees’ past contributions and an incentive for their future commitment to the company’s growth.
