China Gas Holdings to Hold Special Meeting on Key Agreement

China Gas Holdings (HK:0384) has released an update.

China Gas Holdings Limited has announced a special general meeting scheduled for December 30, 2024, in Shenzhen, where shareholders will vote on the approval of an Amendment Agreement. The meeting will also authorize company directors to implement actions necessary for enacting the agreement. Shareholders are urged to ensure their share transfers are lodged by December 20 to qualify for voting.
