Cherish Sunshine Forms New Joint Ventures

Cherish Sunshine International Limited (HK:1094) has released an update.

Cherish Sunshine International Limited has formed two joint ventures with partners Jiangyin Daxiang and Jiangxi Huigu, with agreements signed for establishing limited liability companies in China. The company’s subsidiary, Chenghui New Energy, will hold a 19% minority stake in each venture, contributing approximately HK$26.97 million, while the majority stakes will be held by the respective partners. These transactions are classified as discloseable under the Listing Rules, due to their percentage ratios, and are not expected to consolidate into Cherish Sunshine’s financial statements.
