Century Legend (Holdings) Limited has announced that its non-wholly owned subsidiary, Headquarters Limited, has entered into a lease agreement for premises in Central, Hong Kong. The premises will be used for the company’s hair styling business under the brand name ‘Headquarters’. The lease term is for three years, starting from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2028, with a base rent of HK$197,455 and a turnover rent of 15% of monthly gross receipts exceeding the base rent. This transaction is considered a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules, requiring notification and announcement but exempt from shareholders’ approval.
