CENTR Brands Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 100 unsecured convertible debentures, aiming to raise $100,000 with a 10% annual interest rate, maturing 12 months from the issue date. The debentures can be converted into equity before maturity, and the funds raised will be allocated for working capital and general corporate purposes, pending necessary approvals and statutory hold periods.
