In its latest earnings report, CCL Industries announced record results for the second quarter of 2025, highlighting an 8% increase in adjusted basic earnings per Class B share. The company achieved a 4.8% increase in sales, driven by organic growth, acquisitions, and favorable currency translations. Despite a decline in sales for the Avery segment, the company maintained a strong operating margin. Innovia’s operating income surged by 54.9%, reflecting significant improvements in the Americas and Europe.

With a strong cash position and low leverage ratio, the company is well-positioned to fund global expansion initiatives. Management anticipates that favorable currency exchange rates could provide a modest boost to earnings in the upcoming quarter.
