Capital World Limited, through its subsidiary Capital City Property Sdn Bhd (CCPSB), is involved in a legal dispute with purchasers Pung It Teong and Tan Yee Ting, who sought a refund and damages under a Sale and Purchase Agreement. The Sessions Court dismissed the plaintiffs’ claims and awarded costs to CCPSB. The purchasers have filed an appeal, and the company remains confident in its legal standing, monitoring the appeal process closely.
