Capital Industrial Financial Services Group Limited has announced a special general meeting to be held on 25 October 2024, where shareholders will vote on a significant finance lease agreement with Shougang Group. The proposed agreement would provide Shougang with finance lease credit facilities totaling up to approximately HK$3.656 billion. Shareholders are also set to authorize directors to execute necessary documents related to the finance lease agreement.
