Calculus VCT ( (GB:CLC) ) has issued an announcement.

Calculus VCT plc has issued 4,608,896 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under its 2025/2026 tax year offer for subscription, at an average price of 57.13 pence per share. Following this allotment, the company’s issued share capital and total voting rights now stand at 89,435,284 Ordinary Shares, and it has applied for admission of the new shares to the FCA’s Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange around 23 December 2025, a change that shareholders must factor into any disclosure calculations under the FCA’s transparency rules.
