Bradford Phillips Resigns from American Realty Investors Board

Bradford A. Phillips has stepped down from his role as a Board Director for American Realty Investors, Inc., a position he’s held since March 2021. His departure, which was not due to any dispute with the company’s operations or policies, leaves the board with a majority of independent directors who oversee various committees. Additionally, Phillips simultaneously resigned from his directorship at Transcontinental Realty Investors, Inc., which is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
