Beijing Energy Signs Major Photovoltaic Project Deal

Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. (HK:0686) has released an update.

Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd.’s subsidiary, Baoshan Tengchong, has entered into a substantial RMB230 million contract with Heilongjiang Energy Engineering for a 60MW photovoltaic power project in Yunnan Province. Heilongjiang will oversee the project’s engineering, procurement, and construction, with completion expected within 163 days. This deal is categorized as a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong’s listing rules.
