Beijing Capital International Airport Co has announced a new property leasing agreement with its Property Management Company to lease key properties for operational needs. The agreement, effective from January 2025 to December 2027, is classified as a connected transaction due to the property company’s ties to the controlling shareholder. While subject to reporting and announcement requirements, the transaction is exempt from independent shareholder approval.
