Bank Of Montreal ( (TSE:BMO) ) has provided an announcement.

Bank of Montreal Europe plc has issued a pre-stabilisation notice for a USD 500 million floating rate guaranteed note offering due February 2030 from Municipality Finance Plc, guaranteed by the Municipal Guarantee Board. Acting as stabilising manager, the bank may support the secondary market price of the notes through stabilisation and over-allotment transactions during a period starting 14 January 2026 and lasting up to 30 days after issuance, in line with EU market abuse and prospectus rules; the deal is targeted at professional and qualified investors in the UK and EEA, highlighting BMO’s active role in euro-market debt syndication and liquidity support for public-sector linked issuers.
