The Bank of East Asia, Limited has announced an interim dividend of HKD 0.31 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Shareholders have the option to receive this dividend in cash or convert it into scrip shares, with the dealing in scrip shares starting from October 14, 2024. Any fractional entitlements resulting from the scrip option will be refunded in cash.
