Bamboos Health Care Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as its auditor due to a disagreement over audit fees for the upcoming financial year. The company has appointed HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited as the new auditor, effective from 13 June 2024, after the Audit Committee’s recommendation based on HLB’s reputation and expertise in auditing listed companies in Hong Kong.
