In response to an ASX query, Balkan Mining and Minerals Limited confirmed that key individuals, including Mr. Diab, Mr. Cotton, and Mr. Simich, were not in possession of undisclosed price sensitive information when acquiring securities. The company clarified that the delay in off-market transfer of shares was due to the share registry’s processing time, and confirmed that all necessary approvals were obtained from the Chairman, albeit without a specific time frame for the transactions as per their Trading Policy.
