PIERER Mobility AG ( (CH:BMAG) ) has issued an announcement.

Bajaj Mobility AG reported preliminary unaudited figures for 2025 showing revenue of EUR 1,009 million, down 46% year-on-year due to a restructuring phase, but a dramatic turnaround in profitability driven by a restructuring gain of EUR 1,193 million from completed proceedings at key KTM entities. EBITDA swung from a loss of EUR 481 million to a positive EUR 874 million and EBIT improved from a loss of EUR 1,184 million to EUR 748 million, while net debt was cut by roughly half to EUR 798 million, equity turned positive at EUR 385 million and the equity ratio rose to 24.3%, alongside sharply lower investments and headcount. For 2026, management plans to continue restructuring with a strong focus on the core motorcycle business, fixed-cost reductions, portfolio streamlining and efficiency gains, targeting a clear return to positive cash flow and a significant increase in revenue and unit sales, which, if achieved, would further consolidate the company’s financial recovery and competitive position in the motorcycle market.
