Autagco Ltd., through its subsidiary Superfood Kitchen Pte. Ltd., has decided to close its last Superfood Kitchen outlet at Raffles City Shopping Centre due to unsuccessful lease renewal negotiations. This closure is part of a strategic review of the company’s business portfolio. Additionally, the company has opted for a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation of Superfood Kitchen, which has been incurring losses since its inception. This decision allows Autagco Ltd. to concentrate on its assisted living business and explore new opportunities.
