Australian Unity Office Fund (AU:AOF) has released an update.
The Australian Unity Office Fund reported a significant decrease in total revenues and a striking loss after tax for unitholders, with revenues down 21.1% and losses deepening over 1,282% compared to the prior year. Despite the downturn, the fund maintained distributions throughout the year, albeit with a decrease in funds from operations by 12.9%. Net tangible assets per security also fell from $1.91 to $1.39, reflecting a challenging financial period for the fund.
