Atlas Lithium Announces Upcoming Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

Atlas Lithium (ATLX) has released an update.

Atlas Lithium Corporation has announced May 28, 2024, as the date for its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, with April 1, 2024, as the record date for stockholders’ entitlement to vote. Proposals for the meeting can be submitted until March 15, 2024, and those wishing to nominate a director or present business not covered by Rule 14a-8 must do so by February 22, 2024. The meeting details will be outlined in the proxy statement to be filed with the SEC.
