In its latest earnings report for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, Asana announced a revenue of $196.9 million, surpassing the high end of its guidance and marking a 10% increase year over year. The company also reported significant improvements in its operating margins, with a GAAP operating margin improvement of 18 percentage points and a non-GAAP operating margin improvement of 16 percentage points compared to the previous year.

Key highlights from the report include a GAAP operating loss of $49.5 million, which is a notable reduction from the $76.8 million loss in the same quarter of the previous year. On a non-GAAP basis, Asana achieved an operating income of $14.0 million, a turnaround from the $15.7 million loss reported in the prior year. The company’s net loss also decreased significantly, with a GAAP net loss of $48.4 million compared to $72.2 million in the previous year. Additionally, Asana’s cash flow from operating activities increased to $39.8 million, up from $15.9 million in the prior year.

The company also expanded its customer base, with a 9% increase in core customers and a 19% increase in customers spending $100,000 or more annually. Looking ahead, Asana has raised its full-year revenue and non-GAAP operating margin guidance, reflecting confidence in its growth trajectory and profitability. The company anticipates revenues between $780 million and $790 million for fiscal 2026, with a non-GAAP operating income ranging from $46 million to $50 million.
