Armada Data Finalizes Amalgamation Process

Armada Data (TSE:ARD) has released an update.

Armada Data Corporation has successfully completed its amalgamation with 1498798 B.C. Ltd., marking a significant move in its corporate restructuring. Shareholders approved the amalgamation, resulting in the conversion of common shares into redeemable preferred shares, which were promptly redeemed. Consequently, Armada’s common shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
