Arion Bank has completed a covered bond exchange offer linked to its recent auction in the ARION CBI 31 series, as part of its ongoing management of covered bond funding. Holders of the ARION CBI 26 series were offered a predetermined clean price to sell their holdings in connection with subscriptions in the new issuance, resulting in the bank buying back ISK 1,660 million in nominal value of ARION CBI 26, with settlement scheduled for 14 January 2026 and the transaction managed by Arion Bank Capital Markets.
