Arendals Fossekompani ASA, the majority shareholder of Volue ASA, has entered into an agreement to sell a 60% stake to an acquisition vehicle controlled by investment firms Advent International and Generation Investment Management LLP. Shareholders of Volue will receive an offer of NOK 42 per share, representing a significant premium over recent trading prices.
