On December 5, 2025, Antero Midstream Partners LP, a subsidiary of Antero Midstream Corporation, entered into an agreement to acquire HG Energy II Midstream Holdings, LLC for $1.1 billion in cash. Concurrently, Antero Resources Corporation agreed to purchase HG Energy II Production Holdings, LLC for $2.8 billion.
