Anpario PLC has strategically expanded its product range and presence in the Americas by acquiring Bio-Vet Inc., a U.S.-based producer of animal health and nutrition products, for up to $7.3 million. The acquisition includes a production facility in Wisconsin, aligns with Anpario’s vision of diversifying into the ruminant sector, and is expected to enhance earnings immediately. This move will also utilize Anpario’s global network to increase Bio-Vet’s market reach and integrate their innovative products, like the Capsule-In-A-Capsule™ probiotics, into Anpario’s portfolio.
