On December 29, 2025, Anfield Energy Inc. announced the appointment of Lubica (Luba) Niemann as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2026, succeeding current CFO Laara Shaffer, who will remain on the board. Niemann, a veteran finance professional with 15 years of public company accounting and reporting experience and prior involvement with Anfield, is expected to support a smooth leadership transition and bolster the company’s financial and regulatory capabilities as its U.S. operations expand following its NASDAQ listing.
