Blanchett, 42, brings extensive accounting and financial leadership experience from GXO Logistics, XPO Logistics, Baker Hughes, General Electric and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and his compensation package includes a $450,000 base salary, performance-based bonus eligibility, signing and relocation bonuses with clawback provisions, and significant time-vested equity awards designed both as initial compensation and to replace equity forfeited at his current employer, underscoring the company’s effort to secure seasoned financial leadership during a period of executive transition.
