The company also renewed its catastrophe aggregate excess of loss agreement, providing $40 million of aggregate limit (with a $20 million per occurrence cap) after a $40 million annual aggregate deductible is exceeded, at a cost of approximately $4.9 million, a structure that is intended to meaningfully constrain the insurer’s catastrophe losses and stabilize results for the full year ending December 31, 2026.
