Alset AI Ventures has signed a short-term marketing services agreement with Ontario-based Outside The Box Capital Inc. to boost its investor awareness and digital community engagement. The two-month engagement, which remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, will see OTB Capital deliver strategic planning, social media and community campaigns, influencer-based content, and video features in exchange for a $150,000 cash fee and 1 million incentive stock options vesting over 12 months, underscoring Alset AI’s push to raise its capital markets profile and broaden its retail investor base as it builds out its AI-focused investment platform.
