Almonty Industries Revitalizes Economy with Tungsten Mine

Almonty Industries (TSE:AII) has released an update.

Almonty Industries Inc. has received a visit from the Governor of Gangwon Province and the County Mayor of Yeongwol at their South Korean Sangdong Tungsten Mine, which is expected to revitalize the local economy with its reopening after 30 years. The company, boasting the largest and highest grade tungsten reserve globally, is investing in the redevelopment of the mine and constructing a tungsten oxide production plant to complete by 2027. This initiative is projected to create up to 1,800 jobs, generate significant economic impact within the province, and establish a domestic tungsten product pipeline.
