Alice Queen Limited, an advanced gold exploration company, has announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Jianying, Chairman of Beijing Gage Capital Management, as its new Chairman. This move follows Gage Capital’s significant investment of approximately AU$4.5 million into Alice Queen to boost the company’s exploration efforts, particularly in Fiji. Shareholders have shown overwhelming support for Gage Capital’s increased involvement, with a 51% stake acquisition receiving nearly unanimous approval.
