On December 23, 2025, Alibaba Group granted restricted share unit awards over 2,277,600 underlying shares, equivalent to about 0.01% of its issued share capital excluding treasury shares, to certain employees under its 2024 Equity Incentive Plan, with no performance targets attached and no individual grantee exceeding the 1% issuance cap under Hong Kong Listing Rules.
