Albion Technology & General VCT ( (GB:AATG) ) has issued an update.
Albion Technology & General VCT, along with Albion Crown VCT PLC and Albion Enterprise VCT PLC, are planning to launch prospectus top-up offers for new ordinary shares in the 2025/2026 tax year, subject to regulatory approval. The companies aim to collectively raise up to £60 million, with an additional £30 million available through over-allotment facilities. Full details will be available in a prospectus expected in October 2025, with applications opening in November 2025.
