Aker BioMarine Eyes Bond Issue for Corporate Financing

Aker BioMarine ASA is arranging investor meetings through Arctic Securities, DNB Markets, and Nordea, starting 23 August 2024, potentially leading to a new 3-year senior secured bond issue in NOK, depending on market conditions. The company, known for its krill-derived products, intends to use the proceeds from the recent Feed Ingredients business sale and the potential bond to refinance debt, pay an extraordinary dividend, and fund general corporate activities. Aker BioMarine is a biotech leader and the premier supplier of krill from Antarctic waters, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
