Air France-KLM Group has successfully acquired a 19.9% stake in SAS AB, initiating a commercial partnership that includes code-sharing and loyalty program benefits, effective September 1, 2024. This strategic investment strengthens the Group’s Scandinavian market presence and adds SAS to the SkyTeam alliance. The investment aligns with Air France-KLM’s strategic roadmap and has no impact on its medium-term financial outlook.
