Affinor Growers has updated stakeholders on its lucrative Agriculture Technology Agreement with Freshbay, which includes a CAD$135.7 million contract for services at a geothermal site in Alberta and a CAD$33.5 million licensing deal for Affinor’s patented technology. Freshbay is actively working with a financier to secure the funds necessary for the contract, having already committed to payment schedules tied to funding acquisition and project milestones.
