Abacus Director Adjusts Equity Holdings

Abacus Property Group (AU:ABG) has released an update.

Steven Sewell, a director at Abacus Property Group, has altered his direct and indirect stake in the company, as revealed by the latest Change of Director’s Interest Notice. Sewell acquired an additional 118,808 ordinary stapled securities and 284,993 STI Rights, while disposing of 118,808 Security Acquisition Rights, leaving him with a direct interest of 1,013,487 ordinary stapled securities and increased STI Rights post-change. His indirect interests through trusts remained unchanged.
