Which Stocks Did Wood Sell on January 22?
The largest move of the day came on the sell side. ARK reduced its position in Beam Therapeutics (BEAM), offloading 161,683 shares across the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) and the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG). The sale was valued at roughly $5.03 million, making it ARK’s biggest transaction of the session.
This followed earlier Beam sales during the week, suggesting ARK is gradually trimming exposure rather than exiting the stock outright.
ARK also continued to scale back several software and media holdings. The firm sold 32,227 shares of Unity Software (U) through the ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW) for about $1.35 million. In addition, ARK sold 14,885 shares of Roku (ROKU) for $1.55 million.
ARK also reduced its position in GitLab (GTLB), selling 29,533 shares worth about $979,000, extending a recent pattern of trimming exposure to the software name. In smaller moves, ARK sold 2,631 shares of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (KTOS) across three ETFs for about $317,000.
Here’s how the trimmed stocks have been performing lately.

Which Stocks Did ARK Buy?
On the buying side, ARK continued to build its position in autonomous driving. The firm purchased 166,029 shares of WeRide (WRD) through the ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF (ARKQ), valued at roughly $1.47 million. This follows steady buying in WeRide earlier in the week.
ARK also added again to Tempus AI (TEM), acquiring 13,532 shares across ARKK and ARKG for about $884,000. The repeated purchases suggest rising confidence in Tempus AI’s data-driven healthcare platform.
Rounding out the buys, ARK picked up 7,175 shares of Kodiak AI (KDK) through ARKQ, a smaller trade worth about $66,000.
