InMed Pharmaceuticals (INM) – Canada-based InMed is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company engaged in researching and developing treatments based on rare cannabinoids and proprietary cannabinoid analogs. The company’s current pipeline focuses on medicines for Alzheimer’s, epidermolysis bullosa, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration. On June 2, INM had a Dollar Volume of $254.86 million, while its share price skyrocketed by 183.9%.

There was no specific news regarding InMed Pharmaceuticals yesterday that would explain the stock price surge. However, shares are trending down 51.2% in pre-market trading at the time of writing.

ModivCare (MODV) – ModivCare is a technology-enabled healthcare services platform, offering non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), remote patient monitoring, meal delivery, and home care to enable easier care access, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes. Yesterday, MODV had a Dollar Volume of $224.47 million, while its stock price surged by 96.4%.

There was no specific news related to ModivCare on June 2, but shares have been treading higher over the past couple of trading sessions, gaining over 136% since May 28.

Brand Engagement Network (BNAI) – Brand Engagement Network operates a proprietary Engagement Language Model (ELM) to deliver conversational agents that help businesses transform engagement and analytics through secure, multimodal communication, and human-like artificial intelligence assistants. BNAI had a Dollar Volume of $124.93 million yesterday, accompanied by a stock price surge of 75.6%.

On May 30, the company announced an extension to its previously executed Share Purchase and Transfer Agreement to acquire all outstanding equity interests of Cataneo GmbH from Christian Unterseer, CUTV GmbH, and CUNEO AG for $19.5 million. The timeline for closing the acquisition has now been extended to June 30, 2025. As of May 30, 2025, the company has paid $550,000 toward the cash consideration, and the acquisition remains subject to certain closing conditions. BNAI shares have been trending higher since May 30 following the news.
