Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Wyndham Hotels (WH) to $100 from $119 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after its Q1 earnings beat but guidance cut. The firm is modeling 2025 RevPAR growth at the low-end of guidance and assumes net rooms growth will drop by 150 bps, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
