Morgan Stanley says Roblox (RBLX) will launch a “highly effective new ad format,” rewarded video advertising, in Q2 as it also rolls out key ad partnerships with Google (GOOGL) and others. Following the announcement, the firm is constructive on Roblox’s ad revenue opportunity and is “incrementally bullish from here,” says the analyst, who has an Overweight rating and $75 price target on the shares.
