Mizuho says Herbalife (HLF) reported a solid close to fiscal 2024 with the focus no on distributor productivity. The company’s Q4 marked its third consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth in new distributors and 12 months year-over-year re-qualification of distributor leaders excluding China also increased, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes Herbalife’s momentum is “clearly building” in new distributors. It expects more people resources to yield stronger revenue delivery in 2025, but notes the magnitude of new-distributor productivity remains unclear. Mizuho keeps a Neutral rating on Herbalife. The stock in morning trading is up 33%, or $1.85, to $7.48.
