BofA raised the firm’s price target on Dell Technologies (DELL) to $155 from $150 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Dell reported fiscal Q1 revenue that beat expectations, but EPS came in at the low-end of guidance due to modest tariff impacts to CSG margins and slightly weaker growth from the ISS segment, the analyst tells investors. At “the highest level,” the firm sees the potential for Dell to deliver significantly higher AI server revenue over the next two years of greater than $30B with strong upside to EPS with AI server momentum picking up, the analyst tells investors in a post-earnings note.
