PipeHawk PLC has announced that shareholder John Peter Lobbenberg and his family have increased their stake in the company, now holding 11.12% of voting rights, which is a significant increase from their previous ownership of 9.06%. The notification came following the acquisition of additional shares that took the total number of voting rights held to 4,040,000. This change in the ownership threshold was reached on the 13th of May, 2024, and has been formally notified on the same day.
