Grupo Aeroportuario Del Centro ( (OMAB) ) has issued an update.
In its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024, OMA reported a 4.6% increase in passenger traffic, reaching 7.1 million passengers, with significant growth in international traffic. The company also saw a 13.6% rise in combined aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues. Despite a slight decrease in full-year passenger traffic by 1.2%, OMA maintained a stable Adjusted EBITDA of Ps.9,069 million for 2024, indicating resilience in its financial performance. The company continued to invest in capital projects, with Ps.951 million spent in the fourth quarter alone, and distributed dividends amounting to Ps.10.89 per share. The increase in airport concession tax to 9% impacted financials, but OMA plans to recover these through future tariff adjustments.
